A reclusive scientist builds a robot that looks exactly like him to go on a long-term space mission. In the end, she falls in love... but is the robot or the Dr. Mr. Right?。Solaris (Russian: Солярис) is a 1968 TV film based on the 1961 novel Solaris by Stanisław Lem. It was written by Nikolay Kemarsky, directed by Boris Nirenburg and was a Central Television production. 　　4 years before Andrei Tarkovsky made his classic version of Stanislav Lem’s sci-fi novel Solaris there was this Russian TV version made by Boris Nirenburg and Lidiya Ishimbayeva.。「the Factor of Hope」ではTVで放送された第1話～第25話とその新規カット、およびBlu-ray&DVD第10巻に収録予定のTV未放送エピソード「True End Episode」を稲羽市で起きた連続誘拐殺人事件を中心に再編集しています。。
