人気カードゲーム「デュエル・マスターズ」を題材とした松本しげのぶの漫画『デュエル・マスターズ　ビクトリー』を原作とするテレビアニメ第３弾。監督は「ToLOVEる -とらぶる-」「爆TECH!爆丸」の加戸誉夫、シリーズ構成は「ウルトラギャラクシー 大怪獣バトル」シリーズの荒木憲一、キャラクターデザインは「デュエル・マスターズ」シリーズを手がけてきた平岡正幸が担当。熱血小学生の切札勝太が、40枚の魂のデッキを使ってクリーチャーを召喚し、熱いカードバトルを繰り広げる。 デュエマとカレーパンが大好きな小学五年の切札勝太は、ある日“アウトレイジの書”という見たこともない書物を発見する。それは、世界を牛耳る巨大組織オラクルが発掘した謎の書物にそっくりだった。奇妙な生き物カツドンと出会った勝太は、やがてオラクルとの激しい戦いに巻き込まれていくのだった。。Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload.
