《美男高中地球防卫部LOVE!》是一部日本原创TV动画。2014年9月26日发表了《美男高中地球防卫部LOVE!》的制作决定。电视的男高中动画将于2015年1月开始播放。讲述极其普通生们接受了保护地球的使命，变身成为“战斗王子”的校园动画。。影片讲述了三个好基友胡言（明道饰）、藤泽（矢野浩二饰）和牛蛙（钱枫饰），分别因三个女人而砸了饭碗。落魄的三人决定结盟，替彼此报仇。可是复仇之路却变成了真爱之旅，他们分别爱上了自己的“对手”，并不断替“对手”解决麻烦，闹出不少笑话…… 一边是多年的老友，一边是暗恋的 “对手”，三人在追爱的道路上满心纠结、跌跌绊绊……。Tyneside ship-builder Joe Maddison lost his faith in the trenches at the Somme in 1916.
