六个孩子去大峡谷旅行，但却发现自己在另一个世界。。布鲁诺•巴塔利亚和自己的妈妈生活在一起。他的妈妈超级肥胖，而且喜欢穿自己设计和制作的很夸张的衣服，他的爸爸是一名警察，但早已经和他们母子疏远了。在参加学校举行的拼字比赛中，布鲁诺决定穿裙子来表现自己，但是他却因此引来了众多非议和批评，也包括他的爸爸。后来在奶奶的帮助下，布鲁诺才赢得了爸爸的理解，不仅赢得了拼字大赛，而且也有机会实现爸爸少年时没有实现的梦想。。Laura loses her family in a tragic fire while living in Spain. Just as she prepares to return home to the States, a member of the American embassy provides proof that it wasn't an accident. Laura decides to stay and uncover the truth about her family's death, a decision which soon places her own life in jeopardy as she becomes embroiled in murder, stolen diamonds, cover- up...。
